Creative Talent Hunt Competition (Language & Literature)
Recognised in the government Creative Talent Hunt Competition for performance in Bangla language and literature.
I’m a data scientist and full-stack developer, focused on machine learning, calibration, and building real system and analytics.
My journey began in secondary school in Bangladesh, continued through international study, and eventually led me into data science and full-stack ML systems.
I grew up in Bangladesh, where education is strongly linked to resilience and hard work. After completing SSC (Secondary School) and HSC (Higher Secondary School), I prepared for National University entrance while exploring where I fit between engineering, computing, and applied problem-solving.
In 2018, I started an on-campus Software Engineering journey in China. When COVID-19 disrupted everything, I pivoted to an online BEng in Software Engineering from 2020 to 2022 instead of stopping.
Professionally, I worked in production and industrial engineering roles where I coordinated multiple departments like sample, admin and production as a senior executive, and managed communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across several international companies in Bangladesh.
Recently, I have completed my MSc in Data Science at the University of Chester in the UK. Alongside coursework, I build projects that look like real products rather than one-off assignments that can stand up in a viva or in a real meeting.
I build projects as if a real team would use them: clear endpoints, logging, admin views, and student-friendly interfaces.
Version-locked environments, SQLite with SQLAlchemy schemas, seeded experiments, and documented evaluation (AUROC, AUPRC, Brier, calibration plots).
I focus on how staff and students will interpret a “risk score” or alert, not just how strong the ROC curve looks.
A snapshot of milestones that shaped my confidence and responsibility as a student and professional.
Recognised with the Outstanding Student Award in 2021 for consistent academic performance (CGPA 3.45 / 4) and active engagement across coursework and projects during my BEng in Software Engineering.
Ran as a candidate for Students’ Union President, building a manifesto focused on student support, wellbeing, and data-informed improvements to services and communication across campus.
